A hearty wheat beer specialty. Nut brown and yeast cloudy it is characterized by a full-bodied body and a successful combination of fruity and roasted malty aromas.

28 August 2023. At Wieninger Bräu, Prien am Chiemsee. Cheers to Domien, Eduard & Maarten!
A: hazy brown, stable, foamy, off-white head.
A: raisin, dried banana, biscuit, brown bread.
T: sweet raisin, sourish apple, banana, biscuit, bit spicy.
F: herbal hops, spices, dried fruits.
P: medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation.
Pleasant enough, could have benefited from a stronger malt presence.

As Weissmüller Hefeweißbier Dunkel at 5.2% ABV. Appearance: Cloudy brown with a huge ivory-coloured frothy head of good retention. Aroma and taste: Toasted malt, ripe banana, bread, distant clove, a hint of smoke. Light sweet, low bitterness. Still some hop in the aftertaste. Mouth feel: Medium minus body, soft carbonation. Overall: OK Dunkelweizen.

Trübe bräunliche Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Hefiger, malziger, fruchtiger Geruch.
