Cerveza de color amarillo con apariencia turbia. En aroma presenta notas frutales, ácidas, cereales, cítricos y brett. El sabor denota una acidez intensa acompañada de una nota salada y frutal. Muy refrescante y fácil de beber.

21/9/2024. Bottle bought at Peterborough Beer Festival. Pours slightly hazy golden orange with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is lime, citrus, cucumber, pickles, salt, herb. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness and sours with a salty edge. Moderate body, average carbonation. Quite nicely done.

12 oz bottle poured, picked up at the soda shop. Tasty, refreshing gose. Some tangerine notes, lemon citrus, soft salt note. Flavorful sub 5% brew. Bit of an acidic bite. Really tasty brew paired with the heat. Enjoyed this one.

355ml bottle bought as part of a delivery from Beers of Europe and drunk at home. Lightvyellow and a little bit hazy with a small ring of white head. Limeade, boiled sweet and hard citrus peel on the nose. Lightly tart taste with gentle lashings of salt short finish with a light vegetal nite. Slightly watery body, heavy carbonation. Not bad but a little bit slight even for the style.

330ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, May 22. Thanks Jeremy for this one. Pours gold with a light mist, thin head. Limey aroma. Nice limey sweetness to taste with a high spritz, salty tang. Decent Mexican gose this.

30th May 2022; Shrewsbury Beer Share Evening in Chez Sophie. Five guys enjoying themselves. 330ml bottle from me; BB 10th October 2024. Light haze to the golden body, white topping. Salty and Limey, a lot better than I expected to be honest.

On tap at Sci-Hop, pours an opaque peachy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is bursting with citrus, lacto and a touch of salt - very tropical. Flavour bursts of passionfruit, pithy citrus, and lacto. Loads of passionfruit, with a tart citrus finish. This is beautiful.

La Grifa, CDMX bottle: pours hazy with a small white head. Aroma is strong lemony notes, lactic acid. Sour with good bit of tropical fruit. Quite solid.
