Just like a birthday cake, this beer has layers of velvety and fluffy flavors that build on top of each other. A triad of intense hops fuel the juicy flavor – Galaxy, Citra, and Strata. Together they blend a fruit basket of aromas and flavors such as passionfruit, citrus, strawberry, and peach. Everything is smeared on a balanced and pillowy base of malt and fermentation.

19.2 oz can packaged 9/26/23. Pours a hazy gold color, few particles big enough to be visible. Rocky head that only goes down slowly. Smell of citrus, mainly lemon, and some Pacific hops. Taste adds more citrus, tropical fruit, and pine resin. Then a sort of lactic aftertaste. THick and chewy mouthfeel.

35cl Blik van Beer Republic. Troebelgele kleur, witte kraag. Passievrucht, mango, gras, grapefruit, wat ananas, fris, licht bloemig, redelijk bitter. Lichte body. Lekker.

0.355l can from Beer Republic. Aroma of citrus, pineapple, resin and biscuit. Pours hazy dark golden color with large soapy off-white head, good lacing and soft visible carbonation. Taste starts juicy tropical and stone fruity, following is biscuity with vanilla and bready note, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is pretty bitter. Murky gold with a medium sized white head that left decent lacing. Sweetish, piney and earthy with tropical fruit and a bit of body odor. Long finish. Medium body.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Cloudy straw colour, mid sized head. Aroma of guava and grapefruit. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with guava, apricot and grapefruit. Low to medium bitterness.
