Fermented with both Belgian and British ale yeasts for the perfect blend of spicy and fruity, and brewed with German and Czech hops plus 2 types of Belgian candi syrup. Then perfectly finished with extended aging in very special, super aromatic Bourbon barrels that are so hard to get they are rare as eagles!

Bottle: Poured a deep copper color ale with a large brown foamy head with some retention and light lacing. Aroma of roasted malt and caramelized malt with some vanilla and bourbon notes. Taste is also a mix of flavors between a barleywine and an imperial stout with some vanilla and bourbon notes with some residual sugar notes. Body is about average with some good carbonation and some warming alcohol notes. Interesting BA hybrid strong ale.

65 cl bottle @ Jyrchi, BBE 1.1.12024 Aroma has sweet and sticky malt and toffee. Flavour has sweet malt, toffee candy, alcohol. Also vanilla. Interesting British BW vibes here. Good slow sipper.

Bottle I picked up online, tasted with the MĂĽnchen Ratebeer Group Christmas Tasting Friday 2nd December 2022. Pours deep chestnut, almost clear, lots of toffee, warming and with so much vanilla. A little chewy some retronasal action, quite an underlying bitterness. Lovely, really lovely.
