Fermented with both Belgian and British ale yeasts for the perfect blend of spicy and fruity, and brewed with German and Czech hops plus 2 types of Belgian candi syrup. Then perfectly finished with extended aging in very special, super aromatic Bourbon barrels that are so hard to get they are rare as eagles!

Canned 355ml. -from Goblet Zagreb, shared with Marko and hrabren. Brownish coloured, small pale beige head, wood, alcohol and mild spices in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, notes of wood, noticable but balanced alcohol and sweet(ish) finish. To be honest, expected solid brew but this one is really well done.

0.355 l can shared with Ogi and Marko. Unclear copper. Minimal head. Oily. Aroma is fruity and oak. Brandy, intense alcohol. Dried fruit, raisins. Honey. Hibiscus. Some spices and herbs. Malts and caramel. Very soft, oily, gentle, drinkable, sophisticated. Also warming. Very sweet. Liquer-like. Smooth, medium body. Flavours are oak, caramel, molasses and raisins. Moderate finish.

Can from Goblet. Flat cola body. Coconut, cake, barrel, Bourbon, soft maltiness, well hidden alcohol. Soft, pleasant. And so's the taste, soft, pleasant, coconut, wood, caramel. That's it, that's this beer. Some warmth of course, but not really that much in evidence for 15%. English Strong Ale? Yeeeeah right. Barleywine comes the closest. Whatever the case, excellent beer, very drinkable for the ABV, a worthy beer for the brewery's anniversary.

Can (Best by 8/30/2024) pour from Valley Beverage, Sherman Oaks. It's a clear, ruby red with nice sparkle, ephemeral, loud, fizzy beige head and no lacing. Aroma is strong bourbon, cabernet, oak, dark fruit, sugar candy and mild brown sugar. Taste is strong initial blast of bourbon, cabernet, alcohol heat and spice (clears the nasal passages), later dark fruit, oak, sweet candied and brown sugar. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average-to-lively carbonation with pleasant alcohol spice and heat and dry finish as taste. Overall, a pretty beer, blended and balanced really well with nice complexity.

Can @ Dinøl, Odense. Pours amber copper with a small white head. Vinous and sweet. Molasses, vanilla and bourbon. Intense and straight forwarded but quite tasty and lovely. Very well rounded sipper at 15%.

Can, 15%. Clear dark brown with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted and bourbon. Flavour is malt, fruit, hop, caramel, toasted, sweet, apple, bourbon, warming, little burned caramel, alcohol and a little bitter.

Finishing beer of the day, whopping 15% alcohol. Smell-weak to medium, caramel, malt, faint Belgian notes, burned sugar. Foam-thin, sweet, malt, caramel, sugar, sweetness, alcohol. Head is small, light brown in color. Appearance- simple nice can with 15 on it, I will give bonus because feeling generous, will not round up other scores though. Clear orange, amber, mahogany color, few carbonated bubbles. From- snifter Taste- sweet, malty, caramel, sweetness, faint hops. Bitalcoholic but mixed well with the sweetness. Very caramelly and tasty. Good stuff, alcohol definitely there, but I don't care, good. Might keep this for some more aging.

Bottle. Pours clear chestnut with a very small tan head and minimal lacing. Aroma is boozy dark sugars, toffee, vanilla, oak tannin, light Belgian spice. Flavor is quite sweet, light plus bitter, hot, sticky. Full body, low carbonation, smooth.
