0.5l tap. Unclear golden with a creamy head. Very fruity, grainy and floral, grapefruit zest, bread, grass. Grainy fruity sweetness, zesty hoppy bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry zesty floral fruity bittersweet finish. Good crafty Helles with character.

At the brewpub, with Stefan and Jonas. 5.0%, Diamant, Saphir. Clear golden body, white head. Soft malty aroma, lightly cheesy, caramelly, minerally. Lean, light, dry, minerally sweetish-malty taste missing hoppiness somewhat even for helles standards, though it's okay body-wise.

Tap. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is grainy, sweetish malts, doughy. Taste is the same, a bit sweetish, good drinkability. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not bad.

Almost clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of fresh pale malt, some grains. Taste of grainy malt, straw, pale malt, mild sweetness.

Tap. Cloudy golden white lace. Light hayish grainy nose. Medium light chewy body. Hay and gooseberry notes, light umami, singed grass. Feels light initially, but clean and light yet interesting.
