Bottle picked up (forgot where from) and consumed at home Thursday 12th September 2024 listening to Huw Stephens on 6Music it's Round Table later, cooking Landsmeer Salmon Pasta. Pours hazy yellow with a large white head. Tasty Hefe-Weiße ticking all the right boxes, a little yeast, some banana. Soft mouthfeel, a little bit chewy. There is a nice aroma, wheaty with a little creamy vanilla and a hint of banana. Good.

Tap at Ranzani 13, Bologna, Italy. Pours partially hazy, opaque light gold, with fine white foam. Aroma is weak fruity., floral. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium sweet. Final is average.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, orange golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, slightly bready and biscuity, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity aroma, notes of pear, banana, baked banana, a touch of honey. Taste is slightly bready and biscuity, wheaty malty as well as yeasty fruity, minimally diluted notes of banana, dried banana, banana leaves, a touch of pear. Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium to coarse, lively carbonation. Nice fruity flavours, slightly overcarbonated and a bit watery - OK.

In der Nase spielt die Hefe noch eine große Rolle, geschmacklich eher nicht so sehr. Gekochte Früchte, Getreide, ein Hauch trockener Sekt, ein Anflug von Balsamico. Substanz sogar mehr, als die 5,4 % Alk. bereits erahnen ließen.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy pale orange, foamy head. Very estery, a lot of clove and ripe banana, yeasty, a bit citrus. Mild dryness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry finish. Very aromatic Weissbier with distinct clove and ester notes, maybe a bit too much.

Bottle. Blonde, cloudy, firm creamy head. Banana, chalk and anis in the aroma. Banana and citrusfruit in the slightly yeasty and herbal flavor. Pleasant weizen.

Bottled, from Biershop Bayern. Cloudy golden, rich creamhy head. Ripe banana with notes of cardboard up front. Mid sweet with medium body and creamy mouthfeel. Custard, banana and white pepper. Low bitterness. Refreshing and relaxed.
