Flaska från 3F. Rosaorange vätska. Druvig med både friska sötsyrliga druvor, tanniner med sträv syrlighet och lite beska, fat, funkig stallkaraktär. Mycket gott

Bottle shared at the CBJ BIG BOOSTY XMAS tasting, picked up from the Lambic-O-Droom I reckon, 13/12/23. Pinkish orange toped with an off white head. Nose is tangy red berries, stoned fruits, funk, damp alleyway, herb. Taste comprises pissy green berries, herb, damp cloth, barnyard bite, hedgerow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic spike. Solid.

Bottle shared at craft beer junction bermondsey Bottle share. Many thanks to Cloin. A light hazed pinkisg red coloured pour with a pinkish white cap. Aroma is nice intense red berries, tart funk, red grape, vinous funk. Flavour is composed of prickly sour, tart and dry woody pips, refreshing red berries, red currant, Palate is tart and prickly, fine carbonation.

Bottle shared at Craft Beer Junction - cheers to Cloin. Pours unclear pink with a small, creamy white-pink head. Light sweet flavour with a bit of funk, good tart berries, sweat, grass, nips of woody dryness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Quenching finish. Sound.

75cl bottle (bottled: 25/01/2021, blend ˚22, season 21 - 22) from the 3 Fonteinen lambik-O-droom Brewpub shop. F: thin, white, quick gone. C: red amber, hazy. A: grapes, gooseberries, grapes skin, redcurrants, brett, woody. T: sour fruity, bit lemon, grapes, gooseberries, green plums, redcurrants, woody, brett, bit vinous, bit puckering, bit lactic, soft carbonation, I like pinot noir in champagne and this is great also, fully enjoyed.
