Een samensmelting tussen de prijswinnende stout P&K Extra Stout en de session IPA P&K Little Smuling. Door de moutstort van de stout op een hogere temperatuur te maischen komen er minder vergistbare suikers vrij waardoor het alcoholpercentage lager wordt, maar er toch een volle smaak overeind blijft.

Op tap bij Krux. Donkerbruine kleur, beige kraag. Licht gebrand, wat koffie, hint van chocolade, erg waterig al zijn de smaken er wel degelijk. Mist toch teveel van alles, helaas.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 14 Feb 2024) Dark brown colour, almost black, with hints of ruby. Creamy beige head. Malty, roasted nose with chocolate, coffee and dark bread. Malty, roasted taste with notes of coffee, dark chocolate, dark bread and a balanced roasty bitterness. Light body, dry. On the thin side, but tasty and highly drinkable. Nice one.

Pours almost black with a dense beige head that lasts long and leaves good lacing. Aroma's of roasted mallt and cocoa powder, light coffee. Retronasal: roasted, light sweet, roasted, bitterish. Flavour is moderate bitter, roasted. Light bodied, not too thin. Long finish with lots of roast, quite bitter.
