Bag in a box at Pig’s Ear 2024 - Hackney. Pours hazed yellow. Light-medium sweet flavour with expressive fruity notes, decent acidity, lemon, pale apple, modest funk. Medium bodied, soft. Lightly funky and a bit citric to finish, a little bitter peel, soft semi-ripe apple. Really enjoyable.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Clear yellow gold colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipate away and aroma of apple, alittle acetic funk. Taste is tangy, apple, fruity, some solventy funk and mellow acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry with hint of lingering solvent at the finish. Quite drinkable.
