Sample from the Danish boys, via Grumbo - cheers all! Amber gold colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of concentrated apple, fruity, oak. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, syrupy, caramel, pastry, apple pie, sugary, hint of oak, vanilla, and alittle tartness. Slick oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet and drying finish. Nicely sippable.

14/1/2023. Bottle at the Haderslebener tasting. Denmark rating #200. Pours clear bright amber copper with a small bubbly off-white head. aroma of sweet apples, sulphur, caramel, sugars. Quite heavy sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, oily sticky mouthfeel, spritzy carbonation. Sweet apple finish. Pretty good.

[ As Cold Hand Sparkling ICE ].
ABV: 7.0%. Clear medium orange colour initial with frothy head, virtually none lacing, fylly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is apple, apple syrup, concentrated apples, caramelized apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, caramelized apple, apple skin, apple syrup, intens apple - concentrated apples, tart apple thouch. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20230114]

Bottle @ Haderslebener beer tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich fruity intense apples, fruits and has a nice warming intense finish.
