Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 11/03/23. Deutsche Perry - has to be a first for me !?! Light watery yellow with some white spotting. Nose is pear drops, grains, vinous notes, tannins, orchard wood, a little farty! Taste comprises tangy pears, apple skins, funk, light acidic tones, hedgerow, tannins, vinous. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid Perry.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Pale golden colour, short-lived white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of perry pear, floral hints. Taste is slightly tart, perry pear, fruity, woody, some floral notes, with citric acidity and drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry perry finish. Nicely drinkable.
