Spontaneously fermented and terroir-driven cherry mead made with Stevnsbær.
No added water or yeast (solely fermented from the yeast and bacteria naturally present on the cherries).
Due to both the nature of spontaneous fermentations and the use of a variety of vinification methods going into the final blend, this release will show a bigger range of differences between the vintages than many of our other releases. Definitely a product made for verticals!

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a deep red/burgundy. Nose is full of rich cherries, syrup, and intense honey nectar. Flavour is extremely rich, with loads of honey nectar, intense red raspberries, and syrupy. Intense nectar and berry finish. Lovely.

Tap. Deepest ruby-purple color with no head. Aroma is thiccc cherry juice, honey, super intense. Taste is the same, concentrated and tasty.

Sample at MBCC2023, Copenhagen. Colour is very deep dark red with almost no head. Aromas and flavours: Berries, red berries, cherries, some vanilla... strong flavors.

3/2/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours deep purple black with minimally bubbly head. Aroma of blackberry, sweet cherry, honey, medicinal edge. Quite heavy sweetness, light bitterness, tart edge. Full bodied, sticky, low carbonation. Very nice.

375ml bottle from House of Trembling Madness. Pours a blood red colour with no head and aroma of cherries, marzipan, medicinal. Taste is sweet, cherry, juicy, honey, mellow, vanilla, along with some tartness. Mellow, full bodied, low carbonation, sweet cherry juicy finish. Very drinkable.

Bottle sample at a Yana's tasting at Sahar's pet shop. Deep red. Lots of cherries, honey, sweet and sourish, a bit of pomegranate, thick, rounded. Great stuff.
