Sample thanks to Danlo! Clear deep gold appearance. Moderate caramelised apple, soft tannins, naturally fruity. Decent.

Panda at home, thanks to Danlo - Cheers Ed, 02/01/23. Clear copper to gold pour with some bubbles that dissipate edgeward. Nose is tangy apple, hedgerow, grains, light funk, apple skins. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, sugars, orchard wood, caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Decent enough easy drinker.

500ml bottle from Celtic Wines. Orangey gold colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, caramel hint, funk. Taste is sweet, apple, tangy, juicy, caramel, with light funk and bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, mellow medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
