Drifting Sands is the start of another trio with an experimental yeast. This yeast is Hop Unlock, a Thiol yeast which unlocks extra flavour potential from our wonderful hops. Drifting Sands starts off with Chinook in the mash and followed with Simcoe, El Dorado and Ekuanot for the dry hop. Tropical notes of pineapple and mango come through a melody of citrus and stone fruits creating a delicious beer.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 30/03/23. Hazed orange golden with a fast collapsing just off white head. Nose is orange zest, grass, light herb, melon, straw, earthy hop presence. Taste comprises orange pith, hedgerow, light yeast kiss, melon, citric tinged straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close kissed with balanced hop bitterness. It's fine .. a little stuck between 3rd and 4th gear perhaps.

440ml can from Burnt Mill. Gluten Free. Hazy yellow-orange gold colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of tropical fruits, mango, citrus, resiny hops. Taste is sweetish, malt, oats, grains, with juicy fruits, mango, citrusy, pine, spicy hop resins and tangy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.
