On tap at Kilder, pours a clear bright golden, no head. Aroma brings out plenty of oak whiskey upfront, followed by apple skins, and a touch farmhouse notes. Flavour is loaded with an intense amount of oak and whiskey, with dry apple skins and almost no farmhouse character. The oak character is nice, but the flat carbonation makes this fall flat, and there's really not much flavour complexity. Pleasant and I like what they're attempting, but it needs more oomph.
