500ml bottle from Biddenden. Clear pale gold colour, bubbly white foam head that quickly dissipates way and aroma of fruity apple, some skin, oak hint. Taste is sweetish, apple, fleshy, with skin and core, alittle caramel, hint of woody oak and some drying acidity. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, light carbonation, medium dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle from Biddenden. It pours clear supe pale greenish - gold with a fizzy quickly dissipating white head. The aroma is bitter - sweet, musty, apple skin, dry oak, sour, fizzy candy, sour green chewits and a splash white wine. The taste is crisp, firmly dry, bitter - sweet, juicy, spritzy, green crisp apple, gooseberry, white grape, vinous, boozy kick, fizzy candy, gummy candy, oily and light tannin with a slick, fruity finish. Medium body and fine, fizzy carbonation. Not a huge amount of it, but sure drinks easy for an 8+%er.
