This is the same juice as in the Bollhayes Dry Cider but it has been slightly (and literally only slightly) sweetened with a small amount of sugar to create this medium/medium dry still cider. It has been made using the same apples (Yarlington Mill, Dabinett, Browns, Kingston Black, Chisel Jersey and Bramley).

Bag-in-a-box at EBF Nov 23. Aroma has peel and tartness. Opaque chestnut. Frothy bubbly translucent off-white head. Watery. S9me sweetness. Peel bitterness. Then develops a dry streak. Light. Thin. Average carbonation. Long dry finish. Snooze. Not much to see here.

500ml bottle shared with Soph. Clear gold appearance. Thin bodied, watery, extremely oaky tannins, whisky barrel aftertaste.. very far from a demi-sec, not keeved. Bit weird this one, lacking a good fruitiness unfortunately.

Bottle sample courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Coppery amber gold colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of apple, funk, straw, caramel hint. Taste is tangy, apple, some skin and core, fleshy, with light funk, wood, and earthy drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkanle.
