Bottle from the Courtyard Dairy as part of their virtual cheese and cider tasting. Clear, and a nice orangey-amber colour. No fizz. Farmyardy whiff. Quite dry up front with a little sharpness. Some black tea and earthiness in there before sweetish but crisp apple juice pops up in the aftertaste. Decent stuff.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Colin. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a lasting loose white head. Aroma is earthy mealty apple, light soapy, mealy apple, bark. Flavour is composed of sharp and tangy green apple, crisp, prickly, pinch of citrus, Palate is super crisp, tart, prickly highish carbonation. Decent.

Bottle at home, from Courtyard Dairy on the cheese and cider tasting... paired with Summerfield... cider maker Kingsley on the Zoom, 01/10/22. Clear golden to light copper with little in the way of a head. Nose is crisp apple, light caramel notes, dusty brown sugars, earthy orchard. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, tannins, light funk, trace of acidity, crisp and clean. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, light drying close. Decent.
