On tap @Birrifugio Trastevere (Rome). Giallo dorato, un filo torbida, schiuma bianca leggera. Al naso note di tè verde, bergamotto, stalla, cantina. In bocca è uno splendido lambic con acidità media e buona complessità. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-bassa. Interessante e ben fatta!

Draught @ MBCC '19 [ Yellow Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2019, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark.[ As Oud Beersel Lambic Infused With Earl Grey Tea ].Murky matt medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, barnyard, tea, earl grey, funk, tea - citric - bergamot. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, tart, barnyard, tea, earl grey, dry, citric, citrus - bergamot. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.
