Tap? at Beergeek Bar, 11.2.. Clearish full amber body with an off white head, or rather traces thereof. Lovely fruity aroma, funk and bergamot, tea, fresh. Tart tea-driven funky taste, citric and bergamot notes again, the flavored tea playing farily nicely with the base lambic, though I can't say I liked the body that much. Not bad, not the best flavored Oud Beersel.

25 June 2021. Oud Beersel Tasting @ Vroonstallepark. Cheers to the Ghent Beer Society crew! Hazy orange, thin, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of tea leaves, white nectarine, flowers, perfume, white pepper, apricot. Taste has sweet-sour nectarine, mandarin & lemon, perfumey note, bit herbal bitter and softly spicy. Tart, funky, herbal & perfumey finish, drying tea leaf effect. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Works well here, nice.

Op tap bij In de Wildeman. Geweldig aroma van klassieke Lambiek-funk, Brett, citroen, forse dosis bergamot / Earl Grey, ruikt heerlijk. Smaak blijft helaas ver achter, dun, waterig, beetje zuur met een wat overheersend bergamot-smaakje. Lichte body. Tegenvaller.
