330ml bottle from Mikkeller webshop. Hazy orange-brown amber colour, off-white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of floral, citrus, pine. Taste is malt & grain with grapefruit and pine earthy hop resin bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle from Toft Vin, Copenhagen - orange pour with white head. Big juicy topical fruity and hoppy aroma and taste, lots of pine needles, hop resin, herbal hoppy notes, caramel malts, toffee, solid bitter finish. Great stuff.

Pours intense amber with greenish shades and a thick persistent ivory head. Aroma is lemon, orange blossom, coriander and grass. Fresh, powerful, well structured. Full bodied, long finish. Very good single hop IPA.

330 ml bottle. Drinking after Mikkeller Single Hop Cascade IPA. Golden orange color with very good white foam. Hop aroma: citrus and citrus, a little pine needles and flowers. Taste: full body, honey-sweet malt, good hop bitterness, citrus (grapefruit) and fruits (pineapple and apricot). Well balanced, good IPA.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, dark amber colour with average to huge, thick, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Piney, hoppy aroma is perfectly integrated into a caramel malty presetting, sweet-ish, some pineapple, some spruce and resin. Taste is bitter and piney hoppy, explicit, slightly dry and ligneous pineapple note, some tartness, spruce and resin, a touch of glue. Sadly not the freshest example.

The Centennial one, with moussy, yellowish head and misty amber colour like the other ones (though the head formation was notably more spectacular in the Amarillo and Tomahawk versions, but this can be a coincidence). Very, very citrussy aroma, even of orange and grapefruit juice, tonic water, thyme, grass, lavender, tobacco, flowers. Citrussy onset, strong carbonation but still rather thin mouthfeel, velvety, very early spicy, citrussy, floral hop bitterness. I love the perfume of Centennial and this beer puts it into its full glory.
