Caña caña en Cimmeria. 6.9 vol. 02-01-14. Varias veces durante los 3 primeros días de pinchado. muy buena Ipa con aromas hervaceos intensos. Color ambar con tonos dorados y espuma blanca poco persistente. Sabor también hervaceos inicial pasando luego a maltoso algo tostado y dulce. No muy amarga ni resinoso final. Cuerpo ligero - medio, fina en boca y a medida que calienta va aumentando ligeramente el amargo y resinoso. Bastante buena, para tomar una y dos pintas sin problemas.

God duft av friske citrusfrukter. Lite skum. Fin honning gyllen farge. Nydelig smak av friske citrus frukter.

Ogolnie bardzo pyszne piwo, bursztynowy odcien jakby wspolgra ze smakiem tej odmiany chmielu czyli Centennial. Profil jest jakby biszkoptowo-piernikowy. Wspaniale sie komponuje ze slodem. Piwo jest o bardzo wyrazistym smaku chmielu. Slodowosc takze jest tu wyraznie zaznaczona.

Draught @ Fairbar. Pours slightly hazy orange with a creamy offwhite head. Aroma malt, light bread, little fruity hops. Flavor is malt, bread, caramel, stale fruity hops. Medium body, soft carbonation, light bitter finish. Way past its prime. 070913

Retro review Bottle from Stirchley Wines; clear copper orange pour with thin white head, big tropical hop aroma, juicy tropical hop taste piney resinous balanced with background malts.

330ml bottle as part of a 5 bottle tasting. Fairly heavy on the grapefruit and pine with an earthy bitterness on the finish.

A bottle drunk at a Single Hop IPA tasting I organized. The Centennial IPA gave me a mild pine smell with a slight fruity sweetness but an overall mildly bitter taste with a sharp finish. I really enjoyed this beer, I found it was the best Single Hop IPA of the 4 we tried at the tasting. Centennial does a nice job on it’s own.

Fra flaske på Humle i Annen mars-13: den femtende denne kvelden av i alt 19 i serien, og med sine 56 IBU var denne en av de lettere. Deilig aroma og smak av søtlige frukter (Coop tropisk juice-fornemmelse) med llime og sitron. Kanskje litt for mye av det gode?

Bottle at Taps Beer Bar, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear medium brown with a thin white head and loads of lace. The aroma is fruity and a little medicinal and that’s what dominated the flavour too. The bitterness was quite strong which carried through into the palate and the aftertaste but that hoppy, floral, medicinal taste truly dominates. A drinkable beer, but I’m not so sure I’d order a second.
