[2/17/23] Draught at L'Ermitage in Brussels. Clear straw color. Leafy hops, grassy, a bit of lacto, sourish, a bit fruity, graininess, bitter note.

Draft @ Ermitage, Hopduction Day.
Couleur pâle, col blanc.
Arôme sur des effluves de fruité - agrumes, tropical, fruits à noyaux dont pas mal d'abricots.
Palais est finement fruité, agrumes, un peu résineux - orange sanguine, pomelo, abricot.

Clear pale yellow beer, small creamy to aery white head, unstable, little adhesive. Aroma: fruity, juicy, green peppers, vegetables, chicken broth, weird... MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: gentle acidity, lots of lemon, fruity, a bit sweet, nice stuff, I like it! Aftertaste: dry, a little bitter, lemony, a little meaty, more lemon, good!
