Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear golden, minimal head. Tart, funky nose with oak and wine. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Vinous sourness, mild herbs and oak. Mildly bitter finish.

Bottle: Poured a mostly flat and slightly hazy yellow color ale. Aroma of funky ester with some light pear/apple notes and some tart notes. Taste is also a mix of pear and apple notes with some tart notes and funky barnyard notes. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable sour but not sure fruit notes came out as much as I was expecting them to.

[9/5/2023] Draught at Open Baladin in Torino. 2021 version, 10.2%. Pretty clear deep golden-copper. Slightly candy-ish aroma, fruity, some apple, pear, caramel, sourish and sweet, vinous, a bit of alcohol.

Bottle, shared with Miro B. 2021 vintage. Hazy yellow with white head. Beautiful pear and apples combo, bit funky, very fruity, nice tartness, juicy. Alcohol is incredibly hidden. Beautiful.

Some transparant bubbles, as well as flor-like points upon veiled yellow-ochre beer. End of bottle solid yeast. Lambic-y and cidery notes, and indeed pears. Farmyard notes, horseblanket, hayloft, overripe pears fallen under the tree. Citrus, lemon, green apples, lactic acid. Again cidery, less pear-y than the nose. Acidthinning, and very slight -burn; looks dead (the flor?), but feels almost spritzy. Light body; but not empty. 10% seems difficultly accountable. Excellent, love it!
