0,5 l bottle from Graeff Getränke, Hamburg. BB 29.12.2025. Clear red brown in the glass, more than one finger creamy beige head. Looks good. Malty aroma with some caramel. Taste is also malty with a lot of caramel, chestnuts, soft present soft bitterness. Below average carbonated. Hidden alcohol. Nice one.

Nut brown colour steady off-white head and lace. Sweetish aroma, toffee and bread. Medium-bodied. Caramel. malts, a bit wacked sweet flavour. Not quite there.

500ml bottle in my hotel room in Schwerin on 14th October 2021. Our nightcap for the day. It's dark and malty with a sweetness throughout, good head retention from my pours into the posh wine glasses we used.

Bottle. Color: Clear copper, big frothy yellowish beige head. Aroma: Malty, caramel. Taste: Malty, moderate sweet, caramel, toast, molasses notes. Moderate to over moderate sweet, light bitterness. Light hints of nuts. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Ok German bockbier.

Too sweet

Nice amber clean slightly sweet bock. Very much like a mild doppelbock. Great beer. Konsum dresden

Lübzer Bock, Flasche von REWE, Forst. - Kupferrot, blank. - In der Nase kräftige karamellige Herbe, Malzbonbons, bittere Nuß und schale, leicht chlorige Hopfenherbe. - Antrunk gut malzbitter mit Malzkaffee, Karamel, gebranntem Zucker, Lakritz, ein wenig Trockenobst. Dezent süß, zart säuerlich. Aromenarme, schwach ranzige Hopfenextraktherbe. Gut rezent, für einen Bock schlank; der Alkohol kommt recht deutlich durch. Im Abgang trocken malzbitter und nur blaß hopfenherb. - Ganz auf Malzbittere setzender, blaß gehopfter Industrie-Bock; eher billig gemacht. Für Wirkungstrinker. (30.10.2019.)

Ravfarget klar med fingerhøyt beige skum. Lukter maltekstrakt og noe brent karamell. Middels fylde. Maltig søt noe brent karamell i smak. Middels lang.

Bottle from Der Doppelbock. Dark amber color. Soft malty aroma with a hint of butterscotch. Full bodied. Malty peppery flavor with butterscotch and raisin. Grassy hops in the aftertaste. Well balanced and not too sweet.
