Den blonde is een zoetig speciaalbier met een hopbitter, fruitig aroma. Het vloeit uit in de mond, en heeft een bittere nasmaak.

bottle, pours hazy golden blond with a tall frothy white head. Floral hop, peppery spice and a lemon note in the aroma......smells great. Sweet malt, some sour orange and a yeasty/spicey finish that lingers for a while. Mouthfeel is smooth and wet in the finish. Nice blond.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a thick white head that stays and leaves good lace over a hazy yellow body. Aroma is hoppy with lemon, lemon peel and styrofoam with a touch of bread. Taste is catty with citrus, fennel and some herbs. Fizzy mouthfeel.

(Bottle at One Pint on 2008-02-12) Hazy and brownish yellow. Yeast and frutiness in nose. Hardly any head. Sourness and hops in taste. Sauerkraut in nose, too. Very interesting beer.
