50cl bottle at Bittles Bar, Belfast. Pours light golden with a small white head. Strange aroma of green sour apples with a hint of yeast, almost like a cider. Fruity and lightly with some bitterness and acidity. Pretty light body and quite strang, but still somewhat refreshing. (2011-06-09)

Pours amber/blonde with gentle bubbles and a small head which disappears quite quickly. The nose has honey and cornflakes. The taste has lemon, honey and shredded wheat. The palate is light to medium bodied and this carries through into the texture - the finsih is clean. Overall, a decent session ale.

On tap at Mulligan’s, Dublin on 30th September 2011. Hazy gold with lasting thin white head and patchy lacing. Yeast and citrus aroma, then very hoppy in-mouth with fragrant fruity grapefruit. Touch of tangerine in the nose as liquid subsides. Aftertaste remains citric and tangy. Pleasant fine-carbonation texture.

Cask handpump at The Bell, Banbury, Oxon, 22-03-10 Banbury Beer Festival Meeting. Pours warm gold with no head. A gentle tang to this beer, its overiding impression left on me is that of a very safe beer, the bitterness is soft the fruitiness is restrained and whilst you would find it very difficult to offend in any way it just doesn’t get out of its safety zone. Fine and another beer that despite being on now for 3-4 days has stayed remarkably in very good condition, well done to Russ for keeping these as well as he has done. l A6 A4 F7 P4 Ov13 3.4

Bottled at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. Very pale yellow, no head. Grainy and very light with vague floral hops. Extremely drinkable, bordering to watery with a hint of paper. low bitterness. A very subtle and restrained ale that gets away with it’s lightness thanks to soft malt and extreme drinkability.
