(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 31 July 2023) Pale golden colour, slightly hazy, with brief white head. Fruity, sourish nose with passion-fruit, peaches, apple cider vinegar, oak wood and herbs (a touch of caraway). Fruity, tart taste with notes of apricots, passion-fruit, apple cider vinegar, oak wood, herbs and a hint of butterscotch. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Complex, tart and really tasty. Very nice.

A little cloudy blond yellow beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity, funky, floral, clean brett smell. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, citrus notes, good bitterness, pretty dry, good acidity, fruity, lots of peaches, very nice! Aftertaste: dry, a bit spicy, fruity, clean acidity, fruity, refreshing, lovely beer!

Bottle @Beershoppe (Rome). Dorata, appena velata, schiuma bianca media, mediamente persistente. Al naso note citriche, lieviti, leggero vinoso, mela annurca. In bocca è acida media, leggermente vinosa, con note citriche. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Molto buona.

Bottle. Hazy yellow, one finger white foam, dissipates quick. Aroma is tart, bretty, green apples, citrus. Taste is sour, close to tart, slight mix of orange and citrus, buckthorn, lingering on and ends in a fresh dryness of citrusy notes. Medium bodied, small, sharp bubbles. Very enjoyable, a perfect mix of wild beers complexity and drinkability.

Flaska från SB. Lätt disig ljusguldig med tät vit skumkrona. Funk, citrus, lagom och ganska mjuk syra, snäll brettig ton, stenfrukt, fat. Välbalanserat och mycket drickbart. Elegant, lagom komplext och kanonbra dricköl som varken blir för svårt eller tråkigt. Mycket snygg.
