Bottle from Daily Delis, Amsterdam. Vintage 2022. Hazy ochre, small, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of fermenting plum, apricot, starfruit, lime, grape, cheese, leather, barnyard. Taste has very sour plum, apricot & gooseberry; funky leather notes of a sour cream-like malt base. Tart yellow fruits, plum and woody tannins in the finish. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Fruity and refreshing.

Draft, 150ml. @Malte Atochas, A Coruña. 01/05/2023 [#6.086 Global - #81 France - #6 Brasserie Sacrilege] Pours light orange with a lasting off-white head. Aroma: fresh plums, leathery funk and barnyard. Tsste: intense plums and berries. Harsh acidity. Long lingering mouthfeel. Next one please!

Cloudy blond orange beer, small irregular off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: funky, vinegar touch, weird, some alcohol, a bit fruity, ok. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sourish start, funky, metallic, weird. Aftertaste: sourish, funky, weird, acidic, some vinegar, spicy, a bit dusty, wood notes.

A lightly rosey ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light plums, lactic acid , light cork, light buttery notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with tart mix of prune, light acidity, Epsom salts, pleasant. On tap at La B.
