New England Pale Ale. With this beer we went all in on thiols. In very short words it’s Natural organic compounds that smells really good! We pulled several tricks to get a new, fruity aroma to complement the hops in this beer. But it remains to see if it was a pipe dream or not. Cheers for the never-ending chase for the perfect beer!

YG 180223. Golden-yellow color with a white head. Aroma is tropical fruit, malt, fruit. Flavor is tropical fruits, fruit, malt, citrus. Easy drinkable beer.

Citric mouthfeel and flavour, also hints of tropical fruits and sprucetips. A moderate bitterness in the aftertaste. Can. An unclear pale yellow colored beer with a finger thick white head. Tropical, fruity aroma with a hint of dusty pale malts. It's medium to full bodied, smoothly carbonated, with a gentle bitterness. Tropical fruit, citrus and some pale malts in the flavor. Medium length finish. A bit dull this one, but refreshing. 230118

8-3-8-4-16 Can, #513, three weeks after canning. Pours cloudy yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is dank hops with tropical notes of mango, pineapples and litchi, as well as citrusy notes of tangerines, lime and grapefruit. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is grassy hops with tropical notes of apricots, litchi and stone fruits, as well as some pine and sweet citrusy notes of tangerines and grapefruit. Lingering hoppy finish. Very well executed session hazy!

Syndfrie dufter stiger opp i det jeg spretter denne 0,44 boksen fra julenissens gode hjelper: søte tropiske frukter, moden og litt kvass citrus, og en fin maltkropp i et helt lactosefritt miljø. Hint av hvit pepper i avslutningen. En ekte gledesspreder i vintermørket, og utssendet er som vanlig helt upåklagelig.
