Thick, dark cream head over deep black beer, almost looking as Irish coffee. Roast first& foremost, sweeter notes following, alas with a smell as from coriander. Oats are announced already. Almost bitterish roast, followed by the sweet-ish coriander-like flavour. Really can't name cocos, except for a hint in the finish, as if a rest of cocoswater was left in the bottle before filling. Very faint stout acidity. "Coriander" keeps hanging around. Full bodied with a creamy texture. I'm not sure. Maybe I'd have loved the cocos nose/taste more than the idea of the infernal weed.

Brownish black with a tan head. Aroma of chocolate malt. Flavour is milk chocolate, burnt malt, coconut cream base.

Sample, black beer, small head. Aroma is roast, coconut, chocolate, malt. Taste is the same, sweet, coconut, malt, chocolate, nice but not for a large glass.

Keg at Brewdock, Dublin, 26/01/23. Black with a well presented khaki head. Nose is sweet malts, chocolate, coconut, light spice, brown sugar melt. Taste comprises dark malts, Bounty Bar, toffee, coconut fudge, molasses, light roast. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost at the curtain call. Solid.
