Draught at Ølbutikken, Copenhagen (May 2008)
Hazy golden color. Lighter aroma and stronger flavor; it has a good Belgian character (the yeast) some sourness in the aroma that I don’t like too much, strong body structure where the spicy touch and sweetness mix into a quite original trait. Good.

Bottled(500ml). -Light hazy orange coloured, medium sized white head that went away fast, intensive spicy herbal nose. Malty, spicy and fruity citrusy taste with notes of caramel and alcohol. Also some strange nettle notes in the light peppery finish.

Bottle. Poured a nice hazy orange-honeyish body with a medium-thick white head. Sourish nose, herbal. Honey and... brett? A bit barnyardy. The taste starts with a fine malty sweetness with notes of caramel but ends in sweet carrot territory. Dryish, lightly eggy. Ok, and very, very dangerously drinkable for 9%.

Draught Yellow-orange, white rim. Solvent, woodstripper, formaldehyde. Spicy taste, more solvent and some hops. Some restsugars as well. Less agressive than the Quad, but still. Not drinkable, IMO.
