Luscious notes of pear totter between sweet decadence and bright orchard tartness. The perfect balance of five pear varieties traveled from the Pacific Northwest to ferment in our Wild Fruit Cave. American wheat and barley, malted in Wisconsin and Minnesota, politely support this pear perfection. Inspired by Berliner Weisse styles of brewing and the creative genius of our Brewmaster Dan Carey. A rare and unique triumph to celebrate the return of sunny days!

DC Share. 12oz bottle. Poured a mostly clear golden color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was sweet, fruity pear notes. Flavor was lots of pear juice. Sweet, but not sickly sweet. Something about this one was really good.

Bottle at share: pours golden with white head. Aroma is pear mostly. Lightly pear and some maltiness. Solid.

Tons of pear here. Golden pour with good head and lacing. Sweet finish--probably too sweet for me. Bottle.

Bottke shares by Greg, thanks! Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a strong sweet pear with a slight tartness and some sweet grain underlying. Flavor is similar with sweet pear that has a slight tart bite and sweet grains backing.

Refrigerated 12 oz bottle from Drake poured into a glass. Hazy golden with small white head head. Aroma is rich pear, medium body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is rich pear.

The Aromas are fresh ripe pears with a little bit of caramel and Spice. Flavors are very much like nose, pretty sweet for a Berliner. Great body and carbonation with a balanced sweet finish. Kind of a dessert beer but much better done than most.

This has good flavor, lots of pear. It is however a very sweet dessert beer and loaded with sweetness. A 12 ox bottle is enough to share.

12 ounce bottle from Festival Northland, 8/26/21. Hazy amber, large creamy white head, good retention. Aroma of sweet and soft pear, peach, soap, phenols. Taste is sweet pear, honey, lemon, pale malt. Mild tartness. Some green apple in the finish. Overall quite nice.
