Coole Bügelflasche. Ordentliche Menge Hefe.

Refrigerated 0.5 L brown flip-top bottle poured into a weizen glass. Aroma is nice wheat esters, medium body, medium/well carbonated, and good small-bubble lacing. Taste is wheat esters.

0.5 l bottle from ’P&M Getränke’, best before October 2017. Hazy, golden amber with a large, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, moderately yeasty-spicy and a little fruity aroma of banana, cloves, pear and some peach. Quite sweet, a little sourish, yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity taste of banana, cloves, pear and hints of vanilla, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a little sourish and moderately yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, slightly creamy and very effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Decent Weizen, very quaffable and refreshing, a bit too tame and bland though.

Ordentliches Weizen.
