Der milde, süffige Geschmack mit einem Hauch von geröstetem Malz versetzt auch heute noch wahre Bierkenner ins Schwärmen. Die dezente Hopfenbittere ist gut in den vollmundigen Körper eingebunden. Im Hintergrund ist eine leichte Süße wahrnehmbar. Braunbier ist weich mit leichter Karamellnote ausklingend.

Clear dark brown, airy offwhite head. Malty, slightly bready aroma. Caramely flavour with slight hints of citrus.

Bottle. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter sligtly caramellic flavor. Light bitter finish. Watery palate.

0,33 l bottle. Clear, copper with a soapy, slowly diminishing, tan head. Malty aroma of caramel, nuts and resin. Sweetish taste of roasted malts, caramel, nuts and resin. Short, slightly bitter finish. Medium body, oily mouthfeel, flat carbonation. Decent.

* Old rating, 0,5l, crown-top bottle, 04.2003. Malzig-erdiges und dunkel-malziges Bier. Schöne Röstmalzanklänge, mild-weich und trotzdem nicht zu süßlich. Lecker!

330ml bottle thanks to Beerhunter111. Pours brown with quickly diminishing head, no lacing. Light, taste with sweet malts, slick caramel and not a lot else. A bit dull.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein dunkel rötlichbraunes Bier mit schöner Schaumkronne. Geruch röstmalzig, Karamell, leicht schokoladig. Geschmack röstmalzig, schokoladig, minimal würzig.
