Bottle. Slightly perfumed citrusaroma and flavor. Thin to medium bodied. Absolutely dry. Poire Williams. Tight but tasty beer with some fruity notes. Alcoholic for its modest ABV

Bottle @ home. Clear golden blonde color, small to average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, a slight floral hint, a touch of yeast, lightly bitter. Average body and carbonation. One of so many...

’Health’ beer developed in 2007 for diabetics. Creamy, moussy, snow white, stable head, colour very light blonde, clear with vivid sparkling, murky yellow after adding deposit. Restrained aroma of pale malts, lemon, cheese spread, field flowers, chalk, soap; taste at first neutral with strong carbonation, lightly malty, dry, supple mouthfeel, lemony sourishness spreading towards the finish, which otherwise is thin, ’empty’ and underhopped. Technically interesting, but why not make an actually good beer for diabetics while you’re at it?

bottle, pours the lightest yellow I have ever seen in a beer, with a tall white head. Smells citrusy sweet with a light hop scent. The flavor is sweet and sour malt with a light bitterness in the finish, very sweet though. Not my thing, I would prefer a more bitter blond.

Bottled. An unclear light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet citrusy combined with light notes of malt. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of citrus, leading to a dry wheaty and citrusy finish.

33cl bottle. Pours cloudy golden with white head. A sugar free beer with some proceeds going for diabetes funds. Aroma is yeasty and floral (hibiscus) taste still has some sweetness to it despite the mention of "sugar free" beer, yeasty and citrus. I found the beer to be average.

Bottled
Hazy pale yellow color, small white head, some lace. Orange peels, honey and coriander in the nose - like a witbier. Watery palate, crisp carbonation. Honey-sweetness, fruity yeastyness. Banana notes. This blonde is very witbier-like. Refreshing, but all too light. Funny that this is "sugar free", but bottle mentions candy sugar and beer itself is quite sweet (almost Dutch-like).

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy, pale golden with a nice, white head leaving some laces. Aroma of yeast and a little diacetyl. Very light-bodied with dry notes of fruit, yeast and some diacetyl. The finish is dry without much hoppiness. 260208
