Nah-ah-ah! No mustard on this one. Let's keep those garlic and onion notes low, too, there's a different place and time for that.

We don't even mention butter. We've beaten diacetyl a long time ago, that's not coming back.

This is top shelf tenderloin, with rib eye on top, Matsuzaka and Kobe combined—a prime Westcoast IPA bathed in resiny hops and crowned with rosemary twigs for that royal feel.

The only thing we're missing is the gold foil.

Can, 6%. Gusher. Distinct rosemary aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Very big white head, fairly unstable, leaving big bubbles. The flavour also has rosemary, but more subtle than the aroma. Good malt base and a strong, but clean bitterness.

Can. Gusher. Pours hazy light straw with profuse, stable white head. Clear aroma of hops and pine needles, with notes of yeast and fruity touches. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of pine needles and estery and fruity touches. Bitter and estery aftertaste with citric touches. Reasonable.

18/XI/22 - 50cl can from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ home, BB: 11/III/23 10:15:23, 0188 LOT 01 “NEEDS SALT” (2022-1633)

Clear blond beer, big solid aery irregular off-white big bubbles head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: soapy, a bit herbal, floral, piny, some citrus, fruity notes, weird stuff. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: citrus start, nice bitterness, pretty resinous, floral touch, a bit soapy, herbal notes, not sure I’d be able to guess the rosemary if I were to taste this blind. Aftertaste: a bit fruity, floral, lots of lavender, Génépi liqueur, pretty bitter, more soapy bitterness, citrus and grapefruit, very floral finish. I guess the rosemary comes in as very floral.
