hazy pale yellow colour, huge, dense ecru-ish white head;aroma of pear peel, peach, (dried) mango, some pineapple, dried papaya, tangerine and grapefruity notes; taste of hoppy bitterness, malty-biscuity sweetness and the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; great one...and it is very hard to remain fully objective after seeing the picture on the can (this is why the double-blind design is always preferred in real comparisons ;) ) I'm gonna try to restrict my bias to the "appearance" score :)

440ml can bought at a Tesco store in Manchester. Stable white head over a hazy pale golden body, hanging lace. Peachy aromas with tropical fruits, inviting. Hop fruity flavours, including peaches and pineapple, wheat fruity backbone. Juice fruity ending. True to the style, more or less, slightly unvaried. (Hotel room, Manchester 01.05.2025).

Can from Tesco. Hazy orange gold with small white top. Aroma has big tropical hopped notes with mango, pink grapefruit and pineapple as well slightly perfumed citric sweetness and mild earthy funk. Taste of sweet citric, slightly funky pineapple, pink grapefruit, mild pine and bitterness in the finish. Tasty although could do with something to elevate it to the next level. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi-dry.

Can at home before lighting up the pizza oven. The youngest and I went a bit crazy making dough and it's risen like an alien entity in the airing cupboard this afternoon. It could be interesting... The beer poured a complete hop soup with a small head. Chunky in the mouth, but not much flavour. As my mother would say, It's all mouth and no trousers.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from the local, big Tesco. Pours soupy gold with a foamy, white head. Medium sweet with notes of peach, tangerine, melon, minimal bitterness, a little white pepper and pale mats. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Fairly juicy in the finish, mix of citrus and tropical fruits. For a hazy that was kept at room temp on a shelf, I’m impressed.

Can at home picked up from supermarche. A translucent golden orange coloured pour with a lasting rocky white head. Aroma is soft doughy wheat, tangy mixed tropicals, guava, pineapple, mango, rubber, hockey puck. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rounded, wheaty grains, juicy tangy citrus, guava, mellow dank, plastic, pineapple, nice, spicy citrus. Palate is light and fluffy, semi sweet, airy carbonation. Good stuff.
