We are celebrating Yonder’s 4th Birthday and what better way to do that than with a big ol’ cake! In collaboration with Scotlands fruity beer wizards; Vault City, we have brewed a double version of our cheesecake series and filled it full of tart yuzu and fresh berries.

440ml can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, July 24. Pours a deep hazed crimson pink with a small white head. Quite sweet, quite tangy.. vanilla and blueberry coming through well, yuzu not detectable and perhaps not needed, bit of a muddle of I'm honest.

On tap at The Famous Royal Navy Volunteer Bristol. Dirty brown red colour. Low white head. .Yuzu flavour with some raspberry. Some vanilla. Makes for a joyous berry sour beer. Tasty as hell. Doesn't taste 10% extremely dangerous.

Bit of a murky purplish, big and soft pink head. Smells sweet, cake bottom, some berry. Pretty high carbonation, dangerous ABV, bit thin even. Tastes lightly sour, not super sweet. There's plenty of random berry mix, vanilla, cookie dough. No yuzu.
