A truly unique and groundbreaking collaboration between SweetWater and Delta, we’re giving fliers the same great flavor and experience of our new innovation H.A.Z.Y. IPA. So, we huddled in the taproom, lab, and brew house with Delta chefs, our own mad scientists and some other folks behind the partnership scene to deliver an “elevated brew” for how exactly our H.A.Z.Y. IPA should taste at 35,000 ft. and thus, Elevated H.A.Z.Y. IPA was born.

Pretty cloudy yellow blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, falls down quickly. Aroma: nice, pretty fruity, citrus notes, nice and hoppy, a bit grassy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty backbone, nice bitterness, grapefruit, juicy, grassy, a bit piny. Aftertaste: dry, hoppy, resinous, some citrus, grapefruit, juicy, bitter finish.

Can, best before 11/1/22, drunk on flight DL919 to Detroit on 7/20/22. Massively carbonated, moderately hazy, muted-peach with a huge, white head. Some peach, melon, papaya and pine with heavy yeast ester, citrus and biscuity malt on the end. Soft and very well-attenuated, maybe just slightly thinner than I'd like with tons of peach, pine, melon and big yeast ester fruit. Biscuit and cracker malt. Intense amount of carbonation. Interesting.

12 ounce can tried on both DL2830 (Orlando to Atlanta) and DL2865 (Atlanta to Appleton), 6/24/22. Nice to get a new tick on these airplanes especially considering I got COVID somewhere along the way. Very hazy orange, large foamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of mango, passionfruit, pale malt. Taste is mango, pale malt, orange. Juicy. Solid.
