Hazy dark yellow colour with fluffy head. Delicate yeasty aroma. Taste is slightly fruity and tart. Subtle dryness. Very nice.

11/XII/23 - 75cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ Zytho class (Syntra, Gent), BB: IX/2024, bottled: IX/2022 (2023-1172)
Pretty clear orange blond beer, small aery irregular off-white head, unstable, falls down immediately. Aroma: very funky, fruity, brett notes, green apple, lemony touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty acidic start, a little bitter, fruity, somewhat herbal, wood notes. Aftertaste: clean fruity finish, dry, very fruity, plums, good stuff, I like it!

Pâle orangée, col blanc léger.
Arôme sur un léger fruité de prune, prune fraîche avec une pointe fumée? léger rétro-nasal malté avec un possible effet oxydé.
Palais est plaisant sur le côté 'mixed fermentation' avec un apport de prune qui se démarque et donne un fruité plaisant et une rondeur fruitée de chair de prunier - le tout avec ce côté un peu bonbon. Effet un peu pâtissier en bouche avec un grains perdurant sur un léger céréales. En tout fin de retrouve aussi ne petite pointe de fumé qui perce en retrait dont un léger fini citrique.

75cl bottle (bottled: SEP 2022, BB: SEP 2024) from the brewery shop in Brussels. F: medium, white, average retention. C: shiny gold, hazy. A: nice sour fruity, peach, funky, brett, yellow plums, bit yellow tropical fruits. T: medium malty base, sour fruity, peach, gooseberries, yellow plums, bit brett, nice balanced bitterness, medium carbonation, funky, good for the style, of course enjoyed.

Rim of white bubbles over opaque orange beer. Very serious farmyard odours, putteke , sulphur, faint stonefruit aroma. Sour, lactic, fruitacids, citrus/lemon. There's even a certain astringency. Light body, good carbonation. Not the most subtle of Dansaerts. The opposite of easy drinkable.

On tap at Brussels Beer Project - Brussels, pours a cloudy jammy orange with a small white head. Aroma is very earthy, with a touch of pithy stone fruits and earthiness. Flavour is dry and messy, with dry plums, earthiness, and acidity. Acidic, earthy, and messy. It's fine at best.

Pours very cloudy orangeblonde. Small white head. Scent is full, balanced plum. Mild saison funk. Taste is full, bright and fresh, medium intense acidity. Very malty. Plum clear and enjoyable. Fine balance, easy drinker, not the most complex of beers though. >Certainly enjoyable !
