2021 bottle drunk 7/22/23. Clear, deep, dark mahogany. Dark beige head to ring. Grapey? Malty with vanilla and chocolate. At least not oxidized. Not super oaky, more winey though that's interesting too. Prune, red wine, chocolate. Mild. Peppery, graphite, lead, bourbon, red wine and heavy black pepper. Spicy as shit, rich, succulent, fudgey chocolate. Yeah, this is better. But still a bit grapey. Long pepper, grape, chocolate bars and acidity. No booze.

Bottled at the RBESG 23 grand tasting, huge thanks Per! Pitch black body, off-white head. Sweet aroma, a fair bit of honey, minerally notes, figs, prunes, chocolate - just lovely. Sweet, creamy, caramelly taste, lightly oaky, honeyish, citric, just well balanced and supremely tasty, great work!

Flaska från SB. Opak tjock svart vätska med lågt skum. Stor doft med värmande alkohol choklad, fat, lakrits, honung. Stor silkeslen kropp, koncentrerad smak, mycket honung, massor av choklad med en liten apelsinton , lite eldig, saltlakrits. Otroligt gott trots att det kanske saknar en dimension.

Shared beer at RBESG 2023, Zagreb. Dark brown color with beige head. Aroma of Dark malt, light carsmel, peat, roasted notes. Taste is coffee, nougat, caramel.

Bottle at RBESG GT 2023. Full body, high carbonation. Lots of dark malts, med-high warmth. Lots of coffee, slightly ashy smoky too. Quite good but not one of the greats.

25 cl bottle @ home, bottled 13.10.2021 Aroma has intensive bourbon and honey. Also licorice. Feels very sweet. Flavour has bourbon, warming alcohol, sweet malt, salty licorice. Quite good and balanced.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Pitch black colour, small brown head. Aroma is liquorice, some syrup and mild oaked and some rum like notes with some slight alcohol sweetness. Flavour is heather honey, toasted notes with some alcohol and mild alcohol sweetness. Supersmooth, and nice whisky and cognac in the aftertaste with lots of toffee and fudge.
