Draught @ MBCC, 2024. Pours cloudy golden with a white head. Tasty elderflower. Green, fruity and funky. Dry finish.

MBCC. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is dry, malty, elderflowers, citrus, wood and barnyard. Flavor is quite sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. 100524

750mL bottle at 3 Fonteinen lambik-o-droom, pours a cloudy bright orange with a small white head. Aroma is intense on the elderflower, followed by barnyard funk, and gentle earthiness. Flavour is gently tart and massively floral, with intense elderflower, gentle/subdued funk, and a touch of tartness. Floral, gently tart, and lightly funky. Really nice.

Poured from 750mL bottle (bottled 03/06/2022; ABV 6%). Hazy gold with small white head. Lots of elderflower, maybe verging on overpowering, still enjoyable.

750ml shared with Ryan and Phill and an American gang. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: lots of elderflower and tannins coming from it, light funk and minerals. Taste: along the same lines. A bit too much flowers here looks like. Overall: interesting and pretty enjoyable.
