15cl pour @ 3 Fonteinen, drawn from the barrel through a handpull. Misty gold with a sheet of loose white foam atop. Quite flat of course, which deflates the wild elements somewhat, prominent elderflower coming through, good wild acetic notes, but lacks a nice precise delivery.

Malm� April 2024 tasting - floral and herbal notes with some delicate elderflower, straw, grass, medium acidity and body, getting light apricot chimes, puckering fruity floral lingering into the finish.

Clear orange beer, small creamy yellowish head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, lots of elder flowers, a bit funky, earthy, brett, more funk, a little fruity, nice! MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, very fruity, floral, earthy, a bit lemony, spicy touch, peppery, dry. Aftertaste: slightly sweet touch, fruity, lemony, a little bitter, wood notes, lots and lots of elder flowers in the aftertaste, very nice stuff!

Small, lightly yellowish head, stable, over veiled ochre golden beer. Horseblanket, elderflower, spring blossoms, honey, and (!) honeysuckle. Very delicate aromas, as in (professional) fruitwine. Elderberry (!), shoepolish, very light farmyard flavours, gooseberry. Perfumed character, alleviated by the lactid acid and other acids. Acidthinning and -burn, good carbonation. Slowly fading flavours. Not too sharp, good!

Aroma: elderflower, funk, yeast and wood barrels. Taste: plenty of elderflower, light honey and oak barrels. Mild funk and tart. Next one, please!

Mikkeller Beer Celebration, Yellow Session. Slightly hazy golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of tart yellow fruits, honey, wood. Taste of sour white grapes, peach, honey.

Bottle @MBCC2024, Yellow Session. Nearly clear dark golden, white head. Horsy, funky aroma, light floral notes, light elderflower. Sour flavour, yeasty, funky and citric. Nice citric bite.
