Pours a light, unclear yellow. Medium large white head, goed to quite soapy / big bubbles fast, but remains relatively stable. Scent is coriander, sharp, wine gives a touch or aroma as well. Taste is tart, dry, light, easy drinkable. Mild ( too mild to my taste in this style) on the salt, and less coriander forward than anticipated (which is a good feature). Wheat is quite clear though. Tart, farily mild oak, and very mild wine features. Decent

Almost clear golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of apricot, tart tropical fruits, guava. Taste of tart tropical fruits, mango, guava easy to drink.

Draught Very good, lacey, dense white head over almost clear pale golden beer. Light sourish nose, bit insectoid, thinner, other grains (buckwheat?). Sour, again this insectoid, almost chemical flavour, tannins, lactic acid. Pineapple, green kiwi, gooseberry, but also popcorn (unsugared, unsalted). Mineral finish. Light body. Feels better carbonated than it looks; bit slick, acidthinning. Bit neutral for a Gose, but pleasant enough.

Clear blond beer, practically no head. Aroma: floral, a bit fruity, nice, acidic impression, passion fruits, lemony. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bitter start, lemony, a bit sourish, fruity, nice! Aftertaste: acidic, bitter, zesty, some grapefruit, a bitter touch, floral notes, nice!
Hapu, soolane, magus, funky, puuviljane. ok.
