Deep amber with a tall, frothy head. Quite hoppy aroma for a Rauchbier. Something like papaya and lightly smoked orange peel greets the nose. Faint bandage and caramel too. Taste is bitter with a mildly sweet, peach-like twist. Medium-bodied, mild carbonation, smooth. Nice creative take on a Rauchbier. Fun one.

440 ml can, 5.7 abv version. Almost clear amber with a big fluffy head. Loads of pine, loads of resin, loads of hops, smoked salmon, caramel, grapefruit, metallic notes. Intense hoppy resinous bitterness, caramel sweetness, umami. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry hoppy zesty smoky bitter finish. What a great intense hoppy Rauchbier! West Coast India Smoked Märzen?

Can at hopdog. Amber, offwhite, head. Big hop nose, resin, fat sooty notes. Medium to full fatty fruity body, creamy, fun balance of wood smoke, singed grass, big fruity fat hops. Very nice and a unusual take.

Can. Unclear amber color with white head. Aroma is big fruity hops, almost NEIPA-level, old school resin and canned peach, with a well-integrated smoke. Taste is sweetish, good fruity hops, medium smoke, BBQ glazed peach, mildly bitter. Soft oily mouthfeel and low carbonation. Surprisingly tasty, well done! Bonus points for creativity.

440ml can. Slightly cloudy, amber colour with absurdely huge, firm, frothy, mostly lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Smoky, caramel malty aroma, notes of smoked wood, smoked beechwood, some caramel. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty and dry, smoky, slightly diluted hints of honey, caramel, smoked wood, smoked beechwood, Watery texture, dry palate, medium, fizzy carbonation. Very nice though not overly complex aroma, way overcarbonated - sadly a bit flawed.
