Short off white head. Clowdy orange amber color.
Caramell aroma.
Full bodied and balanced body and bitterness.

Tap @ hotel. Golden color, slightly hazy. Lovely flowery, buttery aroma. Malty, flowery hopbitter flavor with hints of flour, orange and butter, lingering on in the long aftertaste, along with a touch of bakers yeast and chewing gum. Good! A sample in oktober 2009 confirmed the quality of this beer.

On Tap at Binner. A slightly hazy orange golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of caramelish malt, nutty hops. Taste of spicy and caramelish malt, nuts, medium bitterness, medium to flat carbonation.

Light hazy warm golden colour, white head. Aroma of bread, malts, citrus, hops. Quite fresh. Light sweet malty flavour, light bitter, bread. Finish bread, bitter hops, hint of caramel. Nice welcome to Zoigl territory! :)

Draft at the Hof after breakfast, 15/07/17. Rich golden orange with a well presented white head that retains well. Nose is pale malts, grains, light orange peel, straw. taste comprises light spice, biscuit, caramel, earthy, fruit rinds. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent.

On tap at Oberpfalzer Hotel Windischeschenbach. Hazy amber colour lasting white head. Some hop some malt on the aroma. Some fullness in the mouth. Light hop on the finish. Fine.

Frühschoppen beim Binner, 22.5.2015. - Schönes Braungelb, leicht trüb; gekrönt von einem Berg sahnig-lockeren Schaums. - Schöne hopfenwürzig-herbe, zart rauchige Nase, nur leichte Fruchtigkeit (Orangenschale). - Im Antrunk zarte Karamelsüße und angenehm herber Hopfen, perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. Schwach rezent, schlank und weich im Mund, geht runter wie Öl. Im Abgang schön trockene, nicht besonders fruchtige aber hopfenherbe Bittere, zart rauchig. Sehr langer bitterer Nachtrunk. - Ausgezeichneter Zoigl, schön hopfenherb und etwas hopfenwürziger als die anderen. Woher wohl die rauchige Note kommt? Hier wurde doch gewiß kein Rauchmalz verwendet ...

Tap @ Oberphalzer Hof. Pours cloudy golden with a creamy head. Grass, dough, mild lemon and yeast. Crisp, dry and overly delcious. Yes!!! Re-rate 2022: At Binner. Better condition than in the old now close Oberphalzer Hof. Lemon, marmelade, White bread and rustic yeast. 3,8-4.2

Hazy goldenwith a small white head.Malty aroma of biscuit, bread and grainwith herbal hops and a hint of fruit. Dry and light maltyflavour well hopped with a good bitterness
