Tap at Zum Waldhauser / Waldhauser Zoigl - roughly 5 times (hey, Ryan had something like 10 :D) and then one more at Zum Waldnaabtal. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Herbal hoppiness on top of pillowy maltiness in the aroma, floral touches. Soft floral taste, belying a persistent carbonation, ending, through a soft maltiness, in a bitter, growing finish. Wow! While undoubtedly German, it has BohPils-like balance, and that serves it great!

Tap in Zoiglstube. Blonde with a touch of orange. Orange, firm flowery hops in the flavor. In spite of the hops a very fruity Zoigl. Lasting flowery aftertaste. Well balanced Zoigl.

Malty, slightly fruity taste with bread, grain, peaches and a gentle herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Interesting, tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.
