Craft Beer Junction bottle share, thanks to Dan. Mild haze on this orange gold beer, tiny off white head. Dry palate, thin, decent fine carbonation. Mildly sour, ripe citrus fruits with a light woody funk. A light and fairly dry finish. Touch of glue on the finish. Pretty approachable.

Bottle shared at the craft beer junction bermondsey. Many thanks. A mostly clear burnt gold orange coloured pour with a halo of off white head. Aroma is lovely horsey, lacto sour, white apple brett, wet. Loose wheat. Flavour is composed of nice tangy lemon, pithy lemon, nice big funk, vinous funk, pithy finish. Palate us tangy, crisp, highish carbonation. Really good balance.

Almost no head; fully opaque orange beer. Green apple, horseblanket, lemon, mineral, (lambic)casks, sulphur. Horseblanket, farmyard odours, wheat, lemon, again a bit of green apple, as well as gooseberry. Medium bodied, well-carbonated, no excess acidity, even when it does sport dry-out effect and lipsmacking acidity. And another really good, classical gueuze from Pierre. Compared to the other two of this 3 series, the green apple flavour makes this one stand out.

Had at Snallygaster. Poured a mostly clear yellow-orange color with a small white head. Light fruity funky notes. Light tartness, but not overly tart. Pretty pleasant stuff with a slightly sweet finish.
